FDE-Gym benchmark finds AI agents struggle on real customer delivery tasks
Huggingface reports that FDE-Gym tests AI agents on 95 customer delivery tasks from 20 scenarios across 18 sectors. It says the best of 13 model configurations scored 0.56 and resolved 14 of 95 tasks, with unstated constraints the main bottleneck.
Why it matters. For teams building agents for customer delivery, the benchmark shows that ambiguous requests and unstated constraints remain a major limit on delivery performance.
