Anthropic says Claude proved code for 123 open-source libraries
THE DECODER reports that Anthropic and Theorem used Claude to generate proof code for 123 open-source libraries. Anthropic says the system produced roughly 180 million lines, found hundreds of bugs, and Rocq checked the proofs automatically.
Why it matters. This points to AI coding systems that can also verify software and surface bugs, but only under the strict conditions Anthropic described.
