Cloudflare says non-human traffic now exceeds half of the Internet
Cloudflare Blog reports that more than half of Internet traffic is now non-human, and AI agent requests on Cloudflare's network rose by more than 1,700% over the past year. It says Search, Agent, and Training controls and Pay Per Use are meant to help sites set terms and get paid.
Why it matters. If agent traffic keeps rising, builders may need separate rules for search, agents, and training, and a way to charge when content is used.
